Second Paper Draft

How complete is my draft? It is not really finalized as I may need to restructure some paragraphs to make stronger. Like I said restructure. Also, I don't know much about my topic, so get more information and make a better conclusion. The weakiest part of my paper is the lack of transition from one important point to another. The biggest thing is grammar issues which continue to plague my rough drafts. At this time I have no questions to ask the instructor.
